Elizabeth Johnson

lizjohnson_60x85Director of Public Relations and Content Development
Whether it’s reaching new customers or targeting the media, Elizabeth takes concepts and puts them into words that speak to specific audiences. She’s created strong sales pieces for organizations in a variety of industries. Through her work in public relations, she establishes companies as recognized experts in their field by pitching story ideas to the media; creating supporting collateral; and utilizing the latest social networks to deliver messages to the public. Her association background means she knows what members are looking for and can deliver that message. Elizabeth holds a degree in advertising from Penn State, so yes, every Monday in the fall we listen to a Nittany Lion football update. She maintains memberships in PRSA and IAEE.

Dave Dildine

daved_60x85Web Manager
In an office teeming with DC locals, Dave wins the "localest prize" for having grown up a short 3 blocks from Frost Miller headquarters. Dave runs our web design and digital marketing department. He's adept at everything from site design to Flash animation to wrangling code --- be it HTML, CSS, CMS, or ActionScript. His education in the visual arts and previous experience as a print designer for an association gives him the ability to produce well-considered and well-executed visuals and make them work on the Web, rather than the other way around. Dave is a graduate of Tufts University and MICA (Maryland Institute College of Art). And yes, he does know how to do the print stuff too.

Whit Robinson

wrobinson_60x85Senior Graphic Designer
Whit translates our clients’ needs into the design concepts we use throughout their campaigns. For more than 15 years, he's helped a variety of  retail clients like Circuit City Stores, Carmax, and Shopko Stores, and B-to-B clients like Discovery Education achieve their goals. He uses his experience to produce everything—annual reports, trade show materials, identity systems, displays, web concepts, educational tools, ad campaigns, direct mail and more. He regularly directs photo shoots, researches stock photo options, and conducts press checks. Whit holds a degree in communication arts and design from Virginia Commonwealth University. He claims to love cooking, although we've never seen tasted any evidence of it around the office.

Frank Sheehan

fsheehan_60x85Graphic Designer
Frank focuses on our clients' newsletters and magazines. He uses his past experience as a graphic designer and production manager for a book and magazine publisher to take long copy and put it into attractive, easy-to-read layouts. Also a photographer, Frank has used his talents on several occasions for in-house and client photography needs. Frank holds a degree in studio art from the University of Maryland, College of Art. He's a New York City aficionado, so make sure you touch base with him on the latest attractions before planning your next trip.

David Irish

dirish_60x85Senior Vice President, Operations
One thing about our business that has not changed is deadlines. Focused on operations, David keeps every project that comes through Frost Miller on track, which is no easy feat. He uses the details of each unique project to select appropriate vendors, develop schedules, and prepare budgets to make sure we’re providing the best prices and the best service to our clients. David earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a masters of science in marketing from University of Maryland University College Graduate School of Management and Technology and is a member of IAEE. Business aside, if you need information on movies, 80s music, or zorbing, Dave's your guy.

Eileen White

ewhite_60x85Vice President, Finance
Eileen's got that rare mix of creative talent and practical business sense. She began her career as a typesetter and graphic artist, but soon moved into the business end of things. She (and the world!) has come a long way from the days of the Compugraphic Editwriter 7500! Her years of experience as a designer and office manager help us keep the business running smoothly so staff and clients alike can concentrate on marketing. Eileen holds degrees in illustration and art history. She loves to travel the world sampling the local cuisines, but most importantly she knows this area's best places to eat.
